Please note that, as part of an internal restructuring, your personal information and e-wallet assets, if any, will be transferred from our affiliated company to Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) as operator of the SHEIN Site and App, and Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd., which will license and use the Site and App to sell products to customers in areas other than an address within European Union, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, East Timor, Guam, Indonesia, Lao, Macau, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, South Korea. Both these two companies are our affiliates.
You shall be deemed to have approved the updated Terms if you fail to cease (a) the use of SHEIN sites or related mobile applications; (b) the access of your SHEIN account; or (c) the use of your e-wallet assets after your receipt of this notification after the Effective Date.
As described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, we may share your personal information within our organization, including for business maintenance, to provide services to you, and for personalization continuity purposes, for instance so that you may enjoy a personalized user experience across our digital properties.

Terms & Conditions:
● We have identified the entities operating as your contractual partner, which varies depending on your location.
● We have indicated that the Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and regulations.
● We have confirmed that if you reside in one country but order products to be shipped to another country, you may be redirected to the local website of the country to which the products are shipped.
● We have explained that certain wallet assets, such as wallet credits, paid gift cards and paid coupons, can only be redeemed on the regional Site(s) on which they were acquired.
Privacy Policy:
● We have identified the entities controlling the collection and processing of data in relation to selling of our products and the use of our websites and apps in the areas covered by the Terms.
